Whatever your hands find to do, do it with all diligence and sense of purpose.
I eventually got a job as a writer but I wasn’t fulfilled and so again, I wanted to quit.
Yes, I loved writing but there was something in me that still craved for more, I just couldn’t place my hands on what it was.
If you don’t feel peace in that thing you’re doing, then, you need to keep soul-searching.
I quit my job eventually after working for one year and decided to start working for myself.
After a year of doing that, I became frustrated and close to being depressed because I still didn’t know what to do with my life.
So I dusted my CV and got a job as a writer again.
And no, I still didn’t feel fulfilled or peaceful. But I loved writing and well, I didn’t want to die of hunger.
In 2019, someone invited me to an event and after I attended, I had a mindset reset and that was where this whole mindset thing was birthed.
I realized I had a strong passion for anything MIND related and so, a new journey began.
One that I am still working towards discovering with you.
Purpose is not a destination. It is a journey that leaves you transformed with each step of the way.
So how do you discover purpose? A summary;
- You don’t necessarily discover purpose, you grow into it. (No be talent hunt).
- You don’t discover purpose by dreaming, wishing, or envying other people’s journeys.
- You discover purpose by DOING.
- Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, your journey to purpose has already begun.
- Own your process and seek to find your peace.
- No one would tell you when you find it. YOU WOULD KNOW – How? PEACE.
